10 FAST Sailors Compete at Optimist Midwinters 2008

India Johnstone, Carter Pemberton, Carter Rose, Max Simmons, Tristan Sess, Sean Golden, Jake and Gabrielle Rizika, Chase Quinn, & Pearson Potts all made to trip to the Big Easy. Brad Simmons said the weather was not cooperating, but got some races in on Friday and 1 on Saturday.

Our top finishers were:
Max Simmons 4th
Pearson Potts 31st
India Johnstone 45th.

India also finished 7th overall in the girls division. Another accomplishment was that India posted a bullet in the 1st race of the regatta. Max Simmons also received the coveted bullet in the 4th race. We are so proud of all our sailors way to go!!
